YOUR DELIVERY


PRODUCT DELIVERY TIMES:

All product delivery times are shown under the price in the Product Information of each product. These delivery times are estimated by the information provided to us by our suppliers and are for guidance only. Delivery times may be extended during August and December due to the Italian factory holiday closures. Your order will be monitored and updated. You can monitor its progress through the
My Account area of the website. Should there be any unforeseen delays with your order you will be contacted in advance by a member of our Customer Services team.

Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday and will normally take place between 8pm and 6pm.



DELIVERY METHOD:

Your order will be delivered by our Courier Service or by a two man team. The delivery method will depend on the product and the size of the order. The method of the delivery can be seen in the Product Information of each product.



STANDARD FREE COURIER DELIVERY:

You will be notified by email with the delivery information including a tracking number for you to monitor its progress. Some items may require basic assembly. This is advised in the Product Information.

Please Note: It is important that you retain the packaging in case you wish to return the Item. All deliveries must be signed for.


STANDARD FREE TWO MAN DELIVERY:

When a product requires a two man delivery you will be contacted by our agent to book in the delivery. They will aim to give you an am or pm delivery slot. This will depend on your location. When this method of delivery is employed, the goods will be put in the room of your choice and assembled if required.

Please Note: It is important that you retain the packaging in case you wish to return the Item. All deliveries must be signed for.


DELIVERY TO THE UNITED KINGDOM

For deliveries to the UK please allow an additional 7 days.



RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS - FOR HOME CUSTOMERS (BUSINESS TO CONSUMER):

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not, you are entitled to cancel your contract if you wish, provided that you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods. Should you wish to return your goods please complete and submit the
Returns Form found at the footer of the website. The Return Form must be submitted within 14 days of the item being delivered. Please note: Goods being returned will not incur a Return Shipping Cost. If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you are obliged to retain possession of the goods and original packaging and take reasonable care of them until they have been collected by us.

When the form has been received by the Customer Services team and the Return has been approved,
a member of our Customer Services team will contact you to arrange the collection of your goods. The goods will be collected either by our Standard Courier or by a two man team within 14 days of Customer Services receiving and approving your return. We'll refund you no later than 7 days after the day we receive the goods at our warehouse .
Please Note:
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.


GOODS COLLECTED USING OUR STANDARD COURIER:

The day of collection will have notified to you by email. The items must ready and packaged in the original packaging. Couriers will not accept the collection otherwise.


GOODS COLLECTED USING A STANDARD TWO MAN TEAM:

You will be contacted by our delivery agents who will book a date for collection. They will disassemble and re-package the product in the original packaging that you were given at the point of delivery. They will inspect the product and any damage will be noted. If the product has sustained damage after the original delivery you will be contacted by the Customer Services team, the cost of replacement or repair will be deducted from you refund.


RETURN SHIPPING COSTS:

Standard courier collection: FREE
Standard two man collection: FREE

ORDER CANCELLATIONS - FOR BUSINESS CUSTOMERS (BUSINESS TO BUSINESS):

Cancellation of orders will only be accepted if received within 7 days of the date of order. This must be received by email sales@decoronline.ie

We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied, please contact our Customer Services team, in the first instance, at sales@decoronline.ie along with your order number and the nature of your complaint. Our Customer Services team will investigate the issue and agree with you the best course of action which may include:

  • Rectifying any defects
  • Delivering any missing items
  • Exchanging faulty products
  • Returning goods against a credit note
